Ms. Duffy completed her undergraduate degree on an accelerated 3-year
program during which she received the Criminal Justice Alumni Medal
in addition to making Dean's List and Who's Who Among College Students
in America. During law school, Ms. Duffy interned for the Honorable
Richard Klein, of the Common Pleas Court for Philadelphia County,
and received the Negotiation Competition Award. From 1990 to 1997,
Ms. Duffy was Senior Deputy District Attorney for Bucks County, Pennsylvania,
where she specialized in domestic violence and child abuse prosecutions.
As lead PFA attorney for the Bucks County Legal Aid Society, Ms. Duffy
handled over 400 PFA cases from 1999 to 2002. Prior to joining the
Law Office of Theresa Barrett Male in 2005, Ms. Duffy was in private
practice and also served as a Common Pleas Court Arbitrator.
