Born in Washington, D.C., Theresa
grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania with five younger siblings and
a large extended family. From 1976 to 1983, Theresa was a protective
services caseworker for Lackawanna County Children and Youth Services,
and left that position to attend law school in 1983. Following
graduation, she worked as an Associate Attorney for Boswell, Tintner
and Piccola in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for three years before
opening her law office. Since 1989, Theresa has limited her practice
to family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and support.
Theresa is the current President of the Collaborative Professionals
of Central Pennsylvania, the collaborative practice group for Harrisburg,
Carlisle and York.
